I've been guided by passion from the day I chose design. I feel very fortunate to be working in a field that I enjoy and believe in. Good design may be seamless and unnoticeable, but its impact is universal. I have a long way to go still, but little by little I hope to create a meaningful difference through design.
I value genuine connection with people, whether it's work or personal. Everyone is unique in their own right, and I believe creating memorable design comes from harvesting that uniqueness. My context, background and personal truth may influence how I approach a project; authenticity is allowing that to take place.
Ironic, isn't it? A portfolio more or less feels like a whole website to brag about myself. In truth, putting my work into the public feels very vulnerable, subjecting my work to opinions and criticism. Humility is admitting room for improvement, and maintaning an open mind. Always learning, always growing.
